Electrohydraulic lifting platforms built fo rrugged industrial applications with heavy duty structural steel components. The scissor legs are manufactured from solid sections interconnected by a torsion beam and robust cross bracing. The platform is heavily reinforced and all the rollers are "captive" to prevent unitentional tipping. Over 25 years of lift platform production ensures that only the best tried and tested components and materials are incorporated.

A compact integral power pack with oil immersed pump and motor offers long life and leak-free operation combined with a very low noise level.

All lift platforms are designed and manufactured to meet BSEN1507:1999 and incorporate safety features including pressure sensitive safety ledge under all four sides of the platform, 30mm scissor leg clearance, regulated up speed andvelocity fuses to limit the lowering rate in the unlikely event of a hose being fractured.

Flexlift Flat Hydraulic Platforms

Flexlift FE Series Low Profile Scissor Lifts have been developed for optimum handling of pallets and other transportation cases. The platform cut-out allows floor level entry of a pallet truck for ease and speed of loading. With safeworking loads from 300kg up to 2000kg with the FE series incorporates a patented lifting mechanism integrated into the platform. This construction provides a high degree of protection for the mechanism and eliminates the need for a base frame which results in much improve4d foot clearance. This in turn gives the operator better access to the platform edge when loading the pallet and an all round improvement in working posture.

All platform tops are interchangeable, and each scissor lift can be converted to its original design (FE) very quckly. Models available in galvanised and stainless steel together with machines for use in explosion risk areas.

Flat Hydraulic Lift Platform
Flexlift F-CE lift platforms have been developed as a range of cost effective lifts for the European market. The primary aim was a good price-efficiency ratio whilst meeting all safety standards. All guidelines of the European Machinery Directive and the German UVV/VBG 14 were addressed and acheived in developement of theis range. Incorporating the patent Flexlift operating mechanism the machines have no base frame which allows improved operator posture and portability. Various accessories, shown below, can be integrated with the lifting platform thus widening the scope of applications. These include 360° turnable box tilter, and powered of gavity roller conveyor.
